Become a member
To be able to deliver or to receive goods, you have to register on the ToBring website first. Registration is easy, free and without obligations. After successful registration you'll receive a password to sign-on. From that moment you'll be able to request the delivery of objects [=you're the requestor] or you can bring goods for another member [=you're the supplier]. You can register
here .
Request or deliver an object
As
requestor you can place requests on the ToBring website. You do this by filling out some details about the object to be delivered:
- Object type: correspondence, food & drink, clothing,...
- Short description of the object to be delivered
- Pick-up address
- Delivery address
- Least pick-up date
- Final delivery date [max 3 months in the future]
After inserting the request you have to wait for a potential candidate supplier. If you're unable to find a supplier then you can postpone the request or remove it from the website again.
As
supplier you can search through the list of objects. If you find a request you're able to transport then you can accept the delivery. The supplier receives a delivery reward from the requestor after successful delivery. This delivery reward was defined by the requestor upon insertion of the request.
Both the requestor and the supplier can cancel a running delivery at any time.
Safe
ToBring offers a lot of security features to help secure all your deliveries:
- Feedback: After each transaction, also on cancellation, the supplier and requestor can give feedback on the opposing member. As requestor you can give feedback on the supplier and vice versa. This way the ToBring request and delivery score of the opposing member changes. This score is very important. The heigher the score the more requests or deliveries you can do.
- Black list: Add a ToBring-member to your black list. The members on your black list are no longer able to view your requests.
- ToBring points: Hide your own requests for supplier having a too low ToBring-delivery score
- Block: A requestor is able to block a request. Blocking a request means: Hiding your login id and the pick-up and delivery addresses of the request. This way the requestor can screen [= examine the feedback] the candidate supplier before un-locking the request.
- Messaging system: Both the requestor and supplier are able to send messages to each other. Before, during and after the acceptance of a delivery.
- Gradual system: The number of simultaneous requests and/or deliveries depends on your ToBring-score. The higher the score, the more requests/deliveries you can do.
Payments
As a requestor you don't have to pay anything. You only have to pay a delivery reward to the supplier of your goods. This reward is chosen by the requestor upon insertion of the request. If you were unable to find an interested supplier then you can postpone or remove the request from the website for free.
