What do I have to pay when I use the ToBring service [as a requestor]?
The requestor only has to pay a delivery reward to the supplier. This reward can be freely chosen by the requestor upon posting the request. When a supplier accepts the request the reward value cannot be changed anymore. The ToBring service is FREE!

Last week I have added a request on the ToBring website. No ToBring supplier has accepted the request. Why?
No supplier was interested in this request. Probably no supplier came in the neighbourhood of the pick-up and delivery addresses. It might also be possible the delivery reward was too low OR the final deliverydate was to short.

Can I send an object to a foreign country?
Transporting goods abroad is no problem at all. Of course you do have to abide by the regulations of the countries involved. The goods may also not be in defiance of the ToBring terms of agreement.

I have 3 objects on 3 different locations and I want someone to bring these objects to my home. But I can only insert 2 requests. Why?
The number of shipments you can place is linked to your ToBring shipment rating. This rating increases as you complete more shipments with positive feedback. You can always view your ToBring rating and the matching number of allowed shipments by clicking the Send icon in the status bar at the top of your screen.

I placed a shipment on the ToBring website last week, but no one has reacted yet. How come?
The simplest explanation for this is that there is currently no supplier that is able to make the necessary trip under the conditions that you have indicated. Perhaps the delivery period is too short or maybe the reward is not in proportion to the effort demanded from the supplier.

I want to use the ToBring website to transport a valuable piece of furniture. I don't want an inexperienced supplier to see/bring/deliver this request. Is that possible?
When you want to import a shipment, you can attribute certain qualifications to the profile of which you feel the supplier has to live up to. One of these options is that the delivery rating which the suppliers have built up is taken into account. The ToBring delivery rating is determined by the feedback the supplier has received in the past.

I'm dissatisfied with a supplier and I don't want to cooperate with this person anymore in the future. Is that possible?
You can add this supplier to your blacklist, making your shipments no longer available for this person. Each time a delivery is completed or canceled, you will get the opportunity to blacklist the user. You can consult this list in the Settings menu at all times and you can also remove members from the blacklist.

I would like to insert a request. This request should be visible from next week. Can I already insert the request?

I only want to send an object with suppliers I know. Is this possible?
When you wish to place a shipment, you can opt to temporarily hide your login name and address. That way, you will have the opportunity to check the supplier’s feedback. This means that you choose whether or not you let the supplier handle your shipment. If you are satisfied with the supplier, you unblock your data. If you are not satisfied, you cancel the shipment.

When I insert a request I often use the same pick-up address, is there a way to store the address for future uses so I do not have to re-type it again?
If you regularly use certain addresses of persons, stores or others locations, you can add them to your address book. When you then draw up a new shipment, you simply select these addresses from your address book instead of typing them all over again.

What do the ToBring-scores mean?
ToBring works with two ratings: the shipment rating and the delivery rating. Depending on the number of shipments or deliveries for which you receive positive feedback, your ToBring rating will increase. Reaching a fixed number of ToBring points, your shipment or delivery rating will increase and you will be able to place more shipments or complete more deliveries.

I have an object and I want it to be delivered on 1 of 2 possible locations. Do I have to insert the request twice?

I would like to deliver some objects. How do I proceed?
Choose Deliver in the main menu and click New. You can opt to search for a shipment in a certain country [and municipality] or you can search within a certain radius from your place of residence. After choosing, you will get a summary of all the objects that are waiting to be delivered. Each time, you will see, among other things, how high the delivery reward is, how much time you still have and to which distance the object has to be transported. If you are interested in a certain shipment, click the detail button, after which you will get more details and you can accept the delivery by clicking the corresponding button. You can now indicate when you reckon to deliver the object and add possible remarks.

I'm interested in delivering 4 different objects. But I can only accept 2 deliveries at a time. What do I do now?
The number of objects that you can deliver is linked to your ToBring delivery rating. The higher this rating, the more objects you can deliver. If you successfully complete a delivery, i.e. without negative feedback from the applicant, your delivery rating will increase. You can consult your delivery rating and the corresponding number of deliveries at any time by simply clicking the delivery icon in the status bar at the top of your screen.

How does the ToBring-feedback system work?
After every successful deliverey or after the cancellation of a current delivery, both the applicant and the supplier get the chance to give feedback about the other party. This feedback can be positive, neutral or negative. You can further elaborate on this feedback by way of commentary. If you receive too much negative feedback, your ToBring rating will drop. Consequently, if you get enough positive feedback, your ToBring rating will rise. The feedback you receive thus determines the number of shipments and/or deliveries you can place or accept.
